Disinflation
What is it? A decline in the rate of inflation. With disinflation, prices still rise but at a slower rate than before. It should not be mistaken for deflation, which is when prices fall. In general, disinflation is good for business and the economy. It often causes interest rates to fall, which can boost P/E ratios.Added By: Daniel
