Fiduciary
What is it? A person, company or association that holds assets in trust for a beneficiary. The fiduciary is expected to make sound investment choices on behalf of the beneficiary. Most states have laws that limit how a fiduciary may handle the beneficiarys assets. Fiduciaries can be: executors of wills and estates, receivers in bankruptcy, trustees or administrators of assets for underage or incompetent beneficiaries.Added By: Charlie
