Work Loss Benefit

What is it? This benefit provides a certain percentage of the gross income of the injured insured driver (up to a certain maximum dollar amount) for a defined period of time. This benefit is paid in the event that an injured insured driver or family member is unable to work. This benefit may be excluded from the PIP(link) coverage in some states.
