Incremental-Cost Approach
What is it? Similar to the Total-Cost Approach except that it only considers the cash flows that are different from the original plan. This method only works for comparing two different investment plans. This method is a faster, and more direct method for decision making than the Total-Cost Approach.Added By: Tyler
